Established in May 2025, the International Outpatient Clinic – Premier Clinic is distinguished by its closed-loop operational model that ensures a high level of patient privacy. The entire clinical process—from reception and consultation to laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, treatment, and post-treatment care—is conducted in a scientific, rigorous, and synchronized manner. Patient privacy and peace of mind are prioritized throughout the care journey, delivering a professional, patient-centered, and friendly healthcare experience.
The clinic is staffed by a highly qualified team of physicians and healthcare professionals with postgraduate training, including Residents, Specialists (Level I and II), Master’s degree holders, PhDs, and Professors, many of whom are also faculty members of the University. In addition, patients have access to advanced medical equipment, notably the 1.5 Tesla MRI system, 256-slice CT scanner, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies integrated into diagnostic and treatment processes. These technologies contribute to improved diagnostic accuracy, reduced treatment time, and optimized healthcare outcomes.
Notably, the Hospital has proactively engaged in the AACI (American Accreditation Commission International) accreditation process from its early stages. In December 2025, an AACI expert delegation conducted a preliminary on-site assessment as part of the pre-evaluation phase, paving the way for the official accreditation process in the near future. AACI accreditation is a comprehensive and stringent evaluation framework focusing on clinical quality, patient safety, and healthcare management systems, conducted by an independent international accreditation body based in the United States. Participation in this accreditation process not only enhances the Hospital’s reputation and standing but also delivers long-term, tangible benefits to patients through increasingly standardized and internationally aligned healthcare services.

At Premier Clinic, not only do patients benefit from optimal healthcare services, but PCTU students also gain access to a professional clinical training environment where they can observe, learn, and refine their clinical skills.
Within this setting, patient privacy, the right to receive comprehensive information, and the right to make informed decisions are consistently upheld. Patients are respected, listened to, and actively involved in treatment decisions, thereby enabling students to develop a modern, patient-centered medical mindset. Simultaneously, students are trained to maintain precision, professionalism, and strict adherence to clinical protocols across all stages of examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
In the University’s training programs, Medical English is a compulsory subject. Unlike general English, Medical English requires precise terminology, as even minor misinterpretations can lead to serious risks in patient care and treatment. Therefore, Premier Clinic serves as an ideal practical environment for students to strengthen and enhance their professional English proficiency through real-world medical communication with international patients.
Furthermore, early exposure to a professional healthcare environment that adheres to international standards enables students to more easily adapt to the high demands of their future medical careers. This foundation also empowers them with confidence and readiness to participate in the regional and global healthcare labor market.
