What is the preferred audience?

The priority subjects are those belonging to the priority group that will receive points when applying for admission to university specified by the Ministry of Education and Training in the enrollment regulations. Accordingly, priority group 1 will be added with the highest level of 2 points, priority group 2 will be added 1 point.

* Priority group 1 (UT1) includes 4 subjects: Add 2 points

-Subject 01: Vietnamese citizens are ethnic minorities with permanent residence (during high school or intermediate school) for more than 18 months in Area 1.

- Subject 04:

*Priority group 2 (UT2) includes the following subjects: Receive 1 point

- Subject 05:

• Concentrated youth volunteers were sent to school; Military; officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers on active duty in the People's Public Security Forces who are sent to study for a period of less than 12 months in Area 1 and under 18 months not in Area 1;

• Vietnamese citizen being an ethnic minority person whose permanent residence registration is outside the specified area is subject to 01;

• Children of war invalids, sick soldiers, and children of people entitled to policies such as war invalids have a working capacity decrease of less than 81%;

• Children of resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals have a working capacity decrease of less than 81%;

• Children of revolutionary and resistance activists were captured and exiled by the enemy;

• Children of people engaged in the resistance war for national liberation, national defense and international obligations have certificates of entitlement to the priority regime according to the provisions of Decree No. 31/2013 / ND-CP dated April 9 the 2013 of the Government shall detail and guide the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit to the Revolution;

- Subject 07:
