Below are the application instructions for International Students applying to Phan Chau Trinh University:

Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form

Step 2: Scan and Prepare Required Documents

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Email all the scanned documents along with the completed application form to: tuyensinh@pctu.edu.vn.

Step 4: Receive Admission Letter

After reviewing the application, eligible candidates will receive an admission letter from Phan Chau Trinh University via email.

Step 5: Visa Procedures

After receiving the admission letter, the university will assist with the visa application process.
The estimated processing time for the visa is about 2 weeks.
At least one month before the visa expires, students should contact the Student Affairs Department for visa extension procedures.

Step 6: Enrollment

The official enrollment date will be communicated to students via email.
Students must bring the original documents listed in Step 2 when completing the enrollment procedures.
