12 new students receive talent and medical aspirations scholarships

In addition to honoring the 2026 Entrance Valedictorian, as part of the Opening Ceremony for the 2026–2027 academic year, Phan Chau Trinh University continued to award 12 scholarships to outstanding Vietnamese and international new students who achieved impressive admission results and demonstrated strong efforts in their studies and social activities.
 

Among them, 6 Vietnamese new students received Talent Scholarships, while 6 international new students received Medical Aspirations Scholarships, with awards ranging from 30% to 50% of one semester's tuition fee.

For the Talent Scholarship, selection was based on the results of the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination, with specific score thresholds and criteria for each academic program. The scholarships were awarded to:

1. PHÚ TRƯƠNG NHẬT LINH – Medicine (B00, 24.35 points)

2. PHẠM HỨA TRẦN HOÀI PHƯƠNG – Medicine (B00, 24.00 points)

3. NGUYỄN KHÁNH PHƯƠNG – Medicine (B00, 24.00 points)

4. NGUYỄN TÚ LINH – Dentistry (A00, 24.25 points)

5. HUỲNH QUANG NHẬT – Dentistry (A00, 24.06 points)

6. VÕ THỊ BÍCH HƯỜNG – Medical Laboratory Technology (A00, 23.72 points)
 

For the Medical Aspirations Scholarship for international students, the selection process was based not only on academic performance, particularly in Biology, but also on social activities, personal essays, and recommendation letters from teachers or school leaders at the high schools they attended. From the applications received, the University selected 6 international new students to receive scholarships for this academic year. They are:

These scholarships recognize the students' initial efforts while also providing additional motivation for them to continue learning, developing their skills, and reaching their full potential in the years ahead at PCTU.
