During their Obstetrics and Pediatrics rotations, PCTU fourth-year medical students will actively participate in clinical activities, including patient history taking, physical examinations, monitoring patient progress, ward rounds, case discussions, and case presentations under the supervision of physicians and healthcare professionals.
Beyond developing medical knowledge and clinical skills, students will also strengthen their communication skills with patients and family members, as well as their ability to collaborate effectively within real healthcare settings.
At Quang Nam Regional General Hospital, Dr. Nguyen Huu Trung, Specialist Level I and Deputy Director of the Hospital, encouraged students to maintain a proactive learning attitude, confidently engage with clinical physicians to gain practical experience, and continuously develop professional ethics and interpersonal skills in the hospital environment.
The Deputy Director also acknowledged the serious learning spirit and professional attitude demonstrated by PCTU students currently undertaking internships at the hospital.
