According to the training schedule, from June 8 to July 31, fourth- and fifth-year students in the Doctor of Dental Surgery program will continue participating in clinical rotations at external hospitals. Accordingly, fifth-year students of class 21RHM1 have been assigned to undertake their clinical training at Da Nang Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology. Meanwhile, fourth-year students of class 22RHM1 will complete their rotations at Quang Nam Northern Mountainous Region General Hospital and Quang Nam General Hospital.

During this rotation, each supervising dentist at the hospital will be assigned to mentor a group of three to four students in accordance with PCTU’s educational philosophy. The allocation of a limited number of students to each clinical instructor (CI) enables close supervision and personalized guidance, demonstrating the university’s commitment to maintaining high training quality and professional oversight, even during rotations conducted at hospitals outside the university system.
With practical training accounting for up to 70% of the curriculum, the effective integration of early clinical exposure within the university’s own hospital system and training experiences at major public hospitals allows PCTU students to quickly master treatment procedures, become proficient in modern dental technologies, and enter professional practice with confidence upon graduation.
If you are passionate about healthcare and aspire to become a highly skilled and competent Doctor of Dental Surgery, apply to the Dentistry program at PCTU today!
