Today, PCTU warmly welcomes two third-year medical students from Jilin University (China) to participate in a clinical clerkship at the Department of Internal Medicine, Phan Chau Trinh University Hospital from August 3–14, 2026.

Jilin University is one of China's leading universities. Founded in 1946, it is a key national university under the Ministry of Education of China and is included in Project 211, Project 985, and the Double First-Class University Initiative. Today, the university enrolls more than 76,000 students and maintains academic partnerships with hundreds of universities and research institutions worldwide.
In medical education, Jilin University inherits the legacy of Bethune Medical College—one of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in China. Its medical programs are supported by a network of affiliated teaching hospitals and are recognized for excellence in medical education, clinical training, and research.
In recent years, PCTU has continuously welcomed medical students from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Lithuania, Slovakia, India, and many other countries to participate in academic exchange and clinical training programs. The arrival of students from Jilin University further expands the University's international partnership network while reaffirming PCTU's commitment to hands-on medical education, global engagement, and international collaboration.
