On November 30, continuing the international cooperation initiatives that the University has been implementing, Phan Chau Trinh University (PCTU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Wexner Medical Center of The Ohio State University (OSUWMC), thereby further contributing to the enhancement of the University’s training quality and scientific research activities.

OSUWMC is one of the leading academic medical centers in the United States, widely recognized for its excellence in patient care, groundbreaking research, and advanced medical education models. The Center is consistently ranked among the top hospitals nationwide, with one of the strongest research systems in the country.
The signing of the MOU is based on a shared commitment by both institutions to promote higher education collaboration between Vietnam and the United States, particularly in the fields of medicine, scientific research, and academic and cultural exchange. Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly implement various cooperative activities for mutual benefit, focusing on three main areas:
