On the afternoon of April 15, 2026, Phan Chau Trinh University (PCTU) held a working session with representatives of Kameda Medical Group (Japan) to discuss and orient the establishment of a collaborative relationship in the fields of education and healthcare workforce development.

During the meeting, both parties focused on discussing key topics such as collaborative training–practice models, workforce demands in the medical field, as well as the development orientation of healthcare facilities invested in by Kameda Group in Vietnam, especially the project in Da Nang.
One of the most important highlights of the session was the opening of opportunities for the university’s health sciences students to access internship and employment environments within an international healthcare system.
Accordingly, medical students, specialist doctors, and nurses will have more options to develop their careers and enhance their professional competencies in a Japanese-standard environment.
Representatives of Kameda Medical Group highly appreciated the training quality and clinical practice orientation of Phan Chau Trinh University, while also expressing the desire to build a long-term partnership aimed at connecting high-quality healthcare human resources.
The meeting not only contributed to expanding and deepening the university’s international cooperation network, but also brought many practical opportunities for PCTU students on their journey of integration and career development in the global healthcare sector.
