Candidates Taking the Competency Assessment at Phan Chau Trinh University

On the morning of April 5, 2026, together with test sites nationwide, candidates at Test Site No. 59 - Phan Chau Trinh University (PCTU) officially entered the first round of the 2026 Competency Assessment Examination organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.



From early in the morning, candidates arrived at the test site with a serious and orderly spirit to complete procedures and participate in the exam. The organization work was implemented strictly with 8 examination rooms; invigilators, supervisors, and support staff were fully arranged, ensuring the exam took place safely and in compliance with regulations.

This year’s examination recorded the largest scale ever with more than 133,000 candidates, organized across 57 test clusters and 119 test sites in 15 provinces and cities. In Da Nang, nearly 6,000 candidates participated, with PCTU being one of the trusted test sites selected, contributing to ensuring the examination was conducted safely, seriously, and in full compliance with regulations.

The Competency Assessment Examination organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City aims to closely evaluate academic ability, while also contributing to fairness and expanding access opportunities to higher education for candidates nationwide.
