On the afternoon of November 11, 2025, at Phan Chau Trinh University (PCTU), the workshop “Secrets to Effective Teamwork & Connection” led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van – Head of the Faculty of Psychology at PCTU, who has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and psychological counseling, provided students with concise and practical insights on how to connect, collaborate, and accompany each other in both learning and daily life.

The workshop opened with a warm and engaging musical performance that skillfully “broke the ice,” bringing everyone in the hall closer together. Building on that energy, students participated in a series of simulated scenarios through various activities such as role-playing, observing, and self-reflecting. Alongside these, they joined team-based games to assess and strengthen their teamwork skills. Under the guidance of the expert, participants analyzed the causes of conflicts, identified signs of tension, and practiced reconciliation strategies through active listening, respecting differences, and aligning common goals.

From these real-life situations, Dr. Van emphasized: “Teamwork is not just about dividing tasks, but about sharing responsibility and working toward a common goal.” By the end of the session, students had learned how to establish group principles, assign roles clearly, maintain effective communication channels, and monitor progress to prevent conflicts.

It is hoped that these newly developed skills will soon be applied in classrooms, clubs, and personal projects. Every strong connection marks a step toward growth — helping teams operate more effectively and making youth experiences more fulfilling.
