1. Biomedical research and application environment

3. Learn in English

“In the first 2 to 3 years, the rate of using bilingual English - Vietnamese is 30%, in the following years, the rate of using English will be higher. 4. Control the number of trainees

In the first year of enrollment, PCTU plans to recruit 50 medical students. Accordingly, the number of medical students is also expected to always be lower than 100 during the training period, in order to ensure the rate of 1/4, a clinical instructor is about 4 medical students. One of the conditions to train a standard doctor is that the number of students recruited annually by medical school must be low. Many famous medical schools such as Harvard medical school, Johns Hopkins Medical school, Stanford medical school of America ..., the number of students passing medical school is about 100 or less in a year. So PCTU is also committed to following this admissions trend.

5. Make a plan to borrow money to learn
