TITLE REPORT ON “APPLICATION OF STEM CELL TECHNOLOGY IN MEDICINE" BY PROFESSOR PAI JUNG HUANG

On the morning of June 27th, at Phan Chau Trinh University, Professor Pai Jung Huang - a representative of YJ Biotech, Taiwan's Biotechnology Company and other associations, presentented a report titled “Application of stem cell technology in medicine”. The program was held as a hybrid event between in-person and online meetings through the WebEx application. It attracted numerous professors, doctors, researchers and students in the field of stem cells to join as well.

Professor Pai Jung Huang had shared research findings and achievements that were accomplished during the application of stem cell technology in the treatment of various diseases, including brain disorders, blood - related conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular treatment, arthritis, tooth replacement, etc. In the discussion especially, any concerns or questions from the guests were brought up and discussed in a lively manner, creating an open-minded atmosphere between the speakers and the audience.

Moreover, the delegation also visited and surveyed the facilities, including the school’s practice hospital in Da Nang. Their goal was to implement research collaboration, exchange knowledge, and facilitate the application of stem cell technology in medicine between Phan Chau Trinh University and Yj Biotechnology Company that both parties previously agreed and signed upon.
