THE VISIT AND WORKING TRIP OF PHAN CHAU TRINH UNIVERSITY DELEGATION TO TAIWAN

On June 9th, 2023, Phan Chau Trinh University and Tam Tri Medical Group had a business trip to Taiwan purposely to build a network and establish collaborative relationships with Taipei Medical University. Tam Tri Medical Group included Dr. Nguyen Huu Tung - The Chairman of the School Board, Dr. To Viet Thuan (PhD) - Head of Training Department, Dr.Nguyen Thi Kieu Trinh - International Cooperation Staff and CEOs from the practical hospitals in the system. The meeting and working session took place in a friendly atmosphere and the Medical Group had a warm welcome from Taipei Medical University.
During the conference, Phan Chau Trinh University and Taipei Medical University had mutually agreed to create exchange programs and collaboration in the future, including exchanging students and faculty as well as research collaborations.

Moreover, the delegation had visited and worked with YJ Biotechnology Corporation during their trip in Taiwan, in order to research more about the applications of stem cell technology in regenerative medicine. Both sides had gone over exchanges, discussions, and signed an initial memorandum of understanding on research collaboration, technology transfer and the application of stem cell technology in regenerative medicine at Phan Chau Trinh University.

Besides that, the delegation had the opportunity to attend Medical Taiwan’s 2023 Exhibition. This exhibition displayed a variety of advanced technologies, revolutionary products, and the revolutionary progress of Taiwan.
