About the preparation for admission to the school year 2020-2021

Pursuant to Notice No. 97/2020 / TB-DHPCT dated August 12, 2020 of the Rector of Phan Chau Trinh University on adjustment of enrollment time for the 2020-2021 school year on September 7, 2020.

School administrators require departments, faculties, staff, faculty and students of the whole school to strictly implement the following contents:

1. Students are required to make a medical report (form) upon arrival to collect a Covid-19 screening test.
2. .The laboratory takes samples of the Covid-19 screening test for all students. Specifically:

• Time is at 13:30 on September 6, 2020

3. Students strictly abide by the rules and procedures for prevention of infection or isolation procedures of the University, Practice Hospital, Practice Clinic of Phan Chau Trinh University.
4. Student service deployments for students to report daily medical; report promptly when there are unusual circumstances; communicate and guide students to seriously implement disease prevention measures according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Health of Quang Nam province as well as CDC of Quang Nam province.
5. All departments, faculties, faculty, staff, and students have fully and properly implemented procedures and measures to prevent COVID-19 epidemics at the Principal's Process No. 15 / QT-DHPCT dated February 3, 2020. Truong Dai Truong Phan Chau Trinh, such as: regular cleaning and disinfection of classrooms, working rooms, daily temperature measurement, hand washing and hand disinfection with antiseptic solution, wearing a mask when going to school.
