I would like a few lines about the medical life of Mr. Bui Duy Tam. Mr. Bui Duy Tam was born in 1934 in Hanoi. He studied at Hanoi Medical School. In 1954, he entered the South and continued to study Medicine. Here, he was sent to practice in the United States under the program to create resources for Saigon Medical University.

In 1967, he was appointed Head of the Faculty of Medicine - Hue Medical University. The Mau Than incident in 1968, Hue Medical teachers and students temporarily moved to Saigon. After that, he was the one who led and called old students back to school. Since then, Hue Medical School students live again until today.

In 1972, he founded the Faculty of Medicine, Minh Duc Medical School. This was the first private medical school in the South at that time. In 1975, Thay settled in the United States.

Although he is far from his homeland, he is always in pain towards his homeland with his great passion and the desire to contribute to building medicine of the country.

In 2011, he became the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Tan Tao University, Long An province. Along with that hot passion, he has built a medical department with the desire to train a generation of whole-hearted doctors.

In 2017, after Phan Chau Trinh University - Quang Nam obtained a license to open the Medical Department of the Ministry of Education and Training, he returned to the school and rebuilt the same medicine he wanted. That is American Medicine - the soul of Vietnam.

Mr. Bui Duy Tam is a special Professor of Medicine, over 84 years old, but very skilled in medical knowledge from traditional to modern.
