"Visit and Collaboration of the University of Michigan, USA at PCTU: Cooperation in the fields of Health and Education."

On February 28th, Phan Chau Trinh University welcomed a delegation from Michigan State University (MSU) in the United States for a visit and collaboration. The delegation included Mr. Sung Soo Chung, Deputy Director of International Cooperation, and Ms. Qing Xia, Deputy Director of Training and Research at the Institute of Global Health.
During the working session, both parties had the opportunity to introduce their training programs and their scientific research platforms. The representatives from MSU also had the chance to visit the facilities and practical equipment of the university and learn about the practical aspects at Tam Tri General Hospital, one of the eight affiliated hospitals in the Phan Chau Trinh University system.
Michigan State University is a public research university and the second-largest university in Michigan. It is also one of the largest universities in the United States. The university is known for being a leading research institution, with over 17 colleges, including five health-related colleges: Nursing, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, and Osteopathic Medicine.
The visit and work program of the MSU representatives at Phan Chau Trinh University aimed to establish a foundation for collaboration between the two institutions in the field of health education. This included student and faculty exchange programs as well as collaborative scientific research efforts.
