A 5-year-old child is rushed in, cyanotic, experiencing partial respiratory arrest caused by a rare airway foreign body compressing the pulmonary hilum. Inside the emergency room, the tension is at its peak. The medical team quickly takes position: one intubates, another monitors vital signs, while another prepares the interventional endoscopy system. Every action flows seamlessly, like a perfectly programmed machine. After 10 minutes of a life-and-death battle, the foreign body is successfully removed. A cry echoes, the child’s complexion gradually returns to normal, and their eyes slowly open, looking around.
