Thus, in the past 24 hours, Vietnam has had no new cases. This is also the first time in a month that our country has not recorded a new case of COVID-19 within 24 hours.
The number of COVID-19 cases up to now is 251 cases. Of these, 156 are from foreign countries (accounting for 62.6%), 95 are due to secondary infection.
Up to now, 126 cases have been declared cured and discharged (accounting for 50%).

According to the report of the Treatment Sub-Committee of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 epidemic prevention, among cases still in isolation or treatment, there were 5 cases of oxygen breathing; 25 test results were negative once for SARS-CoV-2; 17 cases tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 twice.

Regarding the situation of quarantine people, as of 6 am April 9, there were 77,292 people isolated, of which 642 people were isolated concentrated at the hospital (1%); 48,866 people isolated at home and in residence (63%) and 27,790 people isolated from other establishments (36%).
