Vietnam continues 0 new cases of COVID-19, Ministry of Health calls for 5K in 'new normal'

This morning 1-9, the Ministry of Health announced that there were no new cases of COVID-19, so for the past 60 hours, Vietnam has not recorded new cases in the community. The Ministry of Health calls for 5K to perform a new normal during a pandemic.

According to the Ministry of Health, this morning 1-9 did not record new cases of COVID-19, the total number of patients since the beginning of the epidemic season is 1,044, of which 707 cases have been cured and 137 people have 1- 3 test results were negative.

Up to the morning of September 1, for 60 consecutive hours, Vietnam did not record new cases in the community; Da Nang is expected to soon lift the social gap this September.

To ensure epidemic prevention, to always live "a new normal" during a pandemic, the Ministry of Health has just called on the entire population to perform 5K, including:

Masks: Wear fabric masks regularly in public places where people gather, and medical masks at medical establishments and isolated areas.

Antiseptic: Wash your hands often with soap or hand sanitizer. Clean frequently-contacted surfaces / objects (doorknobs, phones, tablets, desks, chairs ...). Keep the house clean, clean and well ventilated.

Distance: Keep your distance when you come into contact with others. A distance of 2m is considered safe.

Not crowds of people.

Medical declaration: make a medical report on the NcoVi application, install the BlueZone application at https://www.bluezone.gov.vn to be alerted to the risk of COVID-19 infection. When there are signs of fever, cough, difficulty breathing, call the hotline of the Ministry of Health 19009095 or the local health hotline for advice, support, and guidance to ensure safety.

The Ministry of Health calls for the above 5K implementation to effectively prevent epidemics. Currently, Da Nang and Hai Duong are still socially isolated in many areas of the inner city. If the current situation is maintained, these two cities will soon be "reopened" to normal again.
