How can one excel in medical studies – a field that demands extensive time for theory, clinical practice, and night shifts – while still actively participating in extracurricular activities? This is the big question that every freshman faces at the beginning of their university journey.

On the afternoon of September 13, nearly 100 students attending in person, along with many others joining online, had a valuable experience at the workshop “Applying the 5S Method in Work Organization and the Eisenhower Matrix in Time Management,” organized by the Student Affairs Office.

Speaker: MSc. Phan Thi Thao Nguyen – Lecturer in Hospital Management, with over 13 years of experience in hospital quality management – shared practical tools and insights to help students take a more proactive approach in balancing study, rest, and personal development.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, the workshop also created a vibrant atmosphere with various hands-on activities, offering students opportunities to experience, interact, and relieve stress after classes.
It is believed that with these fundamental management methods, PCTU students will be able to study more effectively while fully enjoying their youth with many memorable experiences!
