Hospital Management

Overview

The Hospital Management program trains graduates to run healthcare operations: strategic planning, healthcare finance & accounting, HR, quality management & patient safety, medical equipment–supplies management, health IT (HIS/LIS/PACS), healthcare law & insurance, service marketing, and patient experience.

Mục tiêu đào tạo

Provide foundations in health economics, operations management, project management, and quality systems (PDCA/Lean/Six Sigma).
Develop data analysis & decision-making skills (BI, dashboards), budgeting & cost control, procurement & tendering, and risk management.
Build competence in patient-safety processes, infection prevention & control, electronic medical records governance, and regulatory compliance.
Strengthen communication & negotiation, team leadership, change management, and professional ethics in healthcare.
