Dental Nursing
Overview
The Dental Nursing program trains professional dental assistants who work directly with dentists throughout the entire examination–diagnosis–treatment process while caring for patients before, during, and after procedures. Students are equipped with foundational knowledge in oral–maxillofacial anatomy and physiology, infection control, dental materials and instruments, and patient communication, along with hands-on skills practiced in standard dental clinics.

Teaching method
- Work at dental clinics, hospital departments of Oral–Maxillofacial Surgery, and specialized centers (orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, implantology, oral surgery).
- Participate in community dentistry programs and deliver oral-health education in schools and workplaces.
- Advance into clinic management, train technical staff, and provide consulting on dental products and equipment.
- Pursue postgraduate studies, including Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
