Postpartum women’s oral health not only directly affects the mother’s quality of life, but is also closely linked to oral healthcare for infants during the early stages of life. However, awareness and oral care habits among this population have not yet received adequate attention.

The research project, “Assessment of Awareness and Oral Healthcare Behaviors Among Postpartum Mothers and Associated Influencing Factors,” conducted by student Vu Khanh Duyen (22RHM1), aims to evaluate the level of understanding, oral hygiene habits, and the factors affecting postpartum mothers’ oral care behaviors.
By analyzing factors such as health knowledge, economic conditions, support from healthcare professionals, and the family environment, the study aims to propose appropriate health communication and education solutions. This project carries high practical significance in raising community awareness and improving oral health for both mothers and babies.
