Clinical practice right in the first year

Medical students of PCTU get to visit all departments and facilities of the Tam Tri Hospitals belonging to the Tam Tri Medical Group, right in the first days in University. It helps forming the concept of relationship between doctors, patients and the hospitals. This training program model of Hospital + School creates the uniformity between theories and practice, with the practice time taking 70 - 80% total time of 6 years of training. This co-operation can only work well at the Faculty of Medicine - Phan Chau Trinh University. It is expected to be a major turn in training good and professional medical students. Besides, the Faculty of Medicine - Phan Chau Trinh University also sets up an exchange program, for both professors and students, with Medical schools in the United States, to provide students with more chances to approach the most advanced medicine right in the course.
